24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will deducted from your punch pass or charged as a late cancellation.

No-Show Policy
Members who do not attend a booked class and do not cancel in advance will forfeit that class from their punch pass.

Late Arrival Policy
For safety and consideration of other participants, entry may not be permitted one minute before class has started.

Punch Pass Expiry
All punch passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
