About Us

Garage Cycle is a boutique spin studio providing an exhilarating cardio workout inspired by
outdoor biking. With small class size, ambient lighting and uplifting music, cycler’s are
assured to enjoy a personalized and inspiring ride. If you want to sweat, burn calories,
improve your cardiovascular endurance and have fun doing it, you have come to the right
place.

 I ride for the relentless challenge, for that sweaty endorphin rush and for much needed clarity and focus in a very noisy world. What I realized a decade ago was that if you add a community of fellow riders, you work harder, feel stronger and accomplish so much more - all while having fun! Raina and I are so excited to bring our boutique spin studio to life with a goal of sharing our passion, motivation and music with our people on the peninsula.

The first time I jumped on a spin bike I knew I had discovered a new passion. It was hard, frustrating and especially sweaty but that didn’t matter. I was motivated, I was getting stronger, I felt I could accomplish anything and no matter the challenge I wouldn’t give up - physically and mentally. Today, the drive and desire to make others feel the same empowerment is what fuels the fire inside me. I feel so fortunate to be able to do what I love and I want to share that feeling and passion with everyone that joins our community and family at Garage Cycle.

First Time?

Please show up 15 minutes early so we can show you around, answer any questions and
help you get set up on your bike.

WHAT YOU NEED

Dress to sweat, a lot!

Try to avoid wearing loose pants as they can get caught while spinning. Tight pants or shorts are recommended.

Bring a water bottle for hydration.

Be ready to have a good time!

AMENITIES


 SHOES

Clipping in helps engage the muscles of the leg for balanced toning and strengthening. We
will try our best to accommodate you with clip-in shoes we have here at the studio, but can
not guarantee we will have your size available. Bring a pair of running shoes just in case.

WATER
It is important to stay hydrated before, during and after class. A water cooler will be provided
for refills in the studio.

LOCKERS
If you have brought valuables, not to worry. We have lockers, with lock and key, to store all
your important items.

TOWELS
We know towels are essential in a spin class. Every bike will have a fresh clean towel
provided for your sweaty convenience.

ARRIVING LATE

We will be locking the doors 1 minute before class starts. If you are late for class, to avoid
any distraction for our participants, we will not be able to let you in. Don’t be late!
Please call or text to let us know if you will be unable to make it to class so we can contact
someone on the waiting list.

CANCELLATION POLICY/NO SHOWS

Hey we know things can happen and sometimes we can’t make our appointments, just call
or text and let us know that you can’t make it. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you
are unable to cancel within the cancellation time frame or no show your account will be
charged as if you had taken the class.
